Product Knowledge Taps Nicholas Miller, Former USCYBERCOM Operations Planner and Current Army Reserve Officer, as Director of Government Programs

Ashburn, VA – January 1, 2023 – Product Knowledge, LLC, a leader in accelerating defense acquisition to turn innovation into operational advantage for the warfighter, today announced the appointment of Mr. Nicholas Miller as Director of Government Programs. With an extensive background in defense and strategic consulting, Miller brings over 18 years of combined joint experience to the role, including leadership positions across contractor, civilian, and military assignments.

Miller’s esteemed career includes leadership roles as an Army Intelligence Officer and Joint Qualified Information Operations Officer, where he integrated critical capabilities across all echelons, spanning both conventional and special operations. Over a span of 14 years, he also played a critical role in building United States Cyber Command from its inception to becoming a premiere functional Combatant Command.

In addition, Miller has served as an Operations Officer within the Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC) since 2019 and has deployed five times, including in support of Operation ENDURING FREEDOM and Operation INHERENT RESOLVE. His strategic leadership and deep expertise in operational effectiveness have made him a trusted leader in defense circles and his deep operational experience and understanding of complex defense requirements make him uniquely qualified to lead Product Knowledge’s government programs.

In his new position as Director of Government Programs, Miller will focus on streamlining Department of Defense acquisitions and procurement processes, delivering cutting-edge capabilities to support warfighters in multi-domain operations. His experience spanning several critical areas, including cyberspace operations, military intelligence, and operational planning, makes him uniquely qualified to guide Product Knowledge’s clients through the defense procurement cycle in line with federal priorities.
